Who we are looking for
We do not hire for job titles. We hire for mindset, capability, and the drive to do serious work in a technical environment. These are the profiles we are actively looking for.
- Engineers and Technical Specialists People with deep knowledge of laser processes, metal manufacturing, mechanical or electronic engineering, automation systems, or materials science. You are comfortable working at the intersection of theory and production reality, and you want your work to end up running on an actual factory floor.
- Sales and Business Development People who can navigate long, technical sales cycles in an industrial B2B environment. You understand that selling capital equipment to aerospace or automotive buyers requires credibility, patience, and genuine technical fluency. You are comfortable working with an international distributor network and building relationships that take time to mature.
- Marketing and Communication People who can translate complex industrial technology into clear, credible communication for a technical audience. You think in terms of positioning and content strategy, not just campaigns. You are comfortable with the long game that B2B industrial brand building requires.
- Operations and Production People who understand what it takes to run a manufacturing environment with precision and reliability. You are process-oriented, detail-driven, and you find satisfaction in building systems that work consistently at scale.
